Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Ageless Engine ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how you can control it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- When you reserve a founder spot or join our list: your first name and email address.
- When you become a member (once payments open): the details needed to manage your membership. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
Why we collect it
- To hold your founder spot and let you know when Ageless Engine opens.
- To send you training content and updates you've agreed to receive.
- To answer your questions and manage your membership.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for anything you haven't agreed to.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Ageless Engine:
- Kit (kit.com), to store our email list and send emails.
- Cloudflare, to host this website.
These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what each provider needs to do its job.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we'll remove you.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Just email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Contact and complaints
Questions or concerns? Email [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
